Lead Madison Marquette’s Development Management and Business Operation teams of its multi - acre, 1~ mile long oceanfront re-development of Asbury Park, NJ.
The project is an extraordinary mixed-use re-development comprised of: Retail, Dining, Hospitality, and Live Event - Entertainment performance venues and spaces. Responsibilities include project wide P/L and CAPEX / financing, operations, development & construction, leasing, property management and entertainment programing - show management. Madison Marquette’s AP Boardwalk project team produces over 400 shows/concerts, and events which attract ~2.5MM guests per year. The project is home to the world famous: Stone Pony & Stone Pony Summer Stage, Wonder Bar, Paramount Theater, Convention Hall and Grand Arcade. When completed the project will contain ~350,0000 gsf of Retail, Dining & Entertainment - Cultural spaces in addition to planned Hotel and Residential units.

Managed JLL’s Northeast Region Project and Development Management/Advisory team which consisted of ~250 real estate, architecture and engineering professionals overseeing multiple projects across various practice segments. Projects included: Corporate, Hospitality, Retail, Cultural, Educational, Healthcare and LEED – Sustainability. Full group P/L management and operational responsibilities; Operations/Management, Business Development, Finance, Planning and Project execution.
